The Role

As a

Motion Designer

, you will create dynamic motion graphics, AI-assisted animations, and high-quality video content using

state-of-the-art generative and AI video tools

. You'll collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to produce visuals that stand out across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Produce motion graphics, explainers, and visual narratives using

AI-first creative tools

such as

Runway, Pika, Luma AI, Stable Video, and Krea

Design and animate assets using next-generation workflows (e.g.,

Deforum, AnimateDiff, ControlNet-based pipelines, multimodal generation tools

) Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop

high-impact visual concepts

Optimize and adapt motion content for

multi-platform distribution

(social media, websites, campaigns, paid ads) Build

repeatable, scalable AI-enhanced production workflows

Maintain visual quality, consistency, and storytelling clarity across outputs

Qualifications

3+ years of experience

in motion design, animation, or digital content creation Proven ability to design and animate using a blend of

traditional and AI-native tools

Hands-on experience with tools such as:

Runway (Gen-2 / Gen-3 Alpha)

Pika

Luma AI

Krea

ComfyUI

Stable Diffusion (image & video)

Strong understanding of

timing, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling

A portfolio showcasing both

classic motion craft and AI-enhanced creative work

Mindset & Personal Qualities
