Novo Tree Minds is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our innovative team in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Banking and Mortgage industry, where your creative skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our visual communication and brand presence.


As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging animations and motion graphics that effectively convey our brand messages and resonate with our audience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to various marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring our visual content is impactful and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Create captivating animations and motion graphics for various media Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop visual concepts Transform scripts and storyboards into engaging animated content Edit and refine animations based on feedback from stakeholders Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in motion design Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas

Requirements

Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator Understanding of animation principles and techniques Excellent storytelling and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred
