Reporting to: Lead Product Designer / Principal Product Designer
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Pune (Hybrid)

Critical selection criteria:

A basic understanding of design principles, micro animation and motion design techniques. We're looking for candidates with a graduate degree in design or design-related fields as a minimum qualification. Contractual commitment would be for 40hr/wk, preferred to work from our Kothrud, Pune office. Proficient in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma, or other similar motion design tools. A portfolio showcasing creativity and motion experiments. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly. Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

You will work on:

Assisting with motion design for customer projects across various industries. Assisting in the creation of marketing assets for digital product case studies, campaigns, and presentations. Collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through animation. Learning and evolving your craft in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Preferred qualifications:

Degree or certification in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. Knowledge of design and how motion supports user experience and interfaces. Basic video editing skills using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools. Experience with Lottie, Rive, or other tools used for lightweight web/mobile animations. * Exposure to storyboarding and creating explainer or case study videos.
