As we scale, we're looking for an

Expert Video Editor

cum Motion Designer

skilled in neat, clean motion graphics animation for YouTube videos.

Location

: Work from home (Initially), and then

On-Site after few months for candidates nearby Chandigarh.

The ideal candidate will be: (Important)

? Strong eye & understanding of how to edit for "Retention" on YouTube.

? Strong sense of visual-rhythm, pacing, clean cuts and storytelling to make videos engaging.

? Strong expertise in motion graphics for YouTube talking-head videos (see references in google form below).

? Expertise in Adobe premiere pro and after effects.

with animations akin to the reference videos below.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Execute full-cycle video editing, including cuts, color grading, motion-graphics and comprehensive audio post-production (noise removal, mixing) to ensure a high-quality final product. Deeply analyze client style guides and references to ensure all edits are consistent with their brand and support the video's narrative flow. Design and create custom, creative, high-quality motion graphics and animations from scratch to enhance the visual experience. Source relevant B-roll and implement effective sound design (music and SFX) to create an engaging and compelling story. Conduct a thorough review of edited videos to ensure accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adhere to platform specific requirements. Collaborate with the team to understand client objectives, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects to ensure all deadlines are met. Effectively manage multiple videos projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery. Proactively stay updated on new editing techniques and YouTube retention tactics, helping to build internal templates and systems to improve team efficiency.
