Siate Felici School is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced

Mother-Toddler Program Teacher

to join our early years team. This unique role involves working with toddlers (ages 1-3 years) and their mothers in a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that encourages bonding, socialization, and early learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities for toddlers and their mothers. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment. Foster early developmental skills through play, music, movement, and storytelling. Build strong relationships with both children and parents. Monitor and report on child progress and engagement. Collaborate with the early childhood education team to plan and improve program delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

Gender:

Female (preferred, due to the nature of the program) Prior experience working with toddlers or in a similar early childhood setting. Exceptional patience and a genuine love for working with small children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and presentable demeanor. Ability to create a positive and calm learning environment. Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not mandatory).
