Position: Mother Teacher - Playway (Ages 2 to 4 Years)

We are inviting applications from qualified and compassionate educators for the position of Mother Teacher in our Playway. The role requires an individual with a genuine passion for early childhood education. The selected candidate will play a key role in fostering the foundational skills and holistic growth of children in the early years.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children. Establish a warm, secure, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and exploration. Observe, document, and assess each child's progress to ensure their well-being and developmental growth. Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and social interaction through structured and free-play activities. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom participation. Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and adherence to all institutional standards and child protection guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECCE, or equivalent). Prior experience (1 year) in a preschool or playway environment. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Strong communication and observation skills. Sound understanding of early childhood development principles.
