Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, focusing on holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical). Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children. Use creative teaching techniques such as storytelling, songs, games, and hands-on activities to engage children effectively. Maintain discipline while ensuring a warm and child-friendly atmosphere. Create and organize a vibrant and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage active participation and curiosity among students. Promote foundational literacy and numeracy skills through playful and interactive methods. Instill values like sharing, teamwork, and respect for others. Regularly update parents about their child's progress through meetings and written reports. Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and well-being. Address parental concerns with empathy and professionalism. Participate in organizing events like annual functions, celebrations, and parent-teacher interactions. Contribute to school initiatives and developmental programs as required. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care. Maintain hygiene and monitor children's health within the classroom setting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field. NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification is highly preferred. Previous experience as a teacher for early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Creativity, patience, and a caring attitude. Ability to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
