Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, patient, and dedicated

Mother Teacher

to guide and mentor young learners in their formative years. The role involves acting as the primary educator and caretaker for a specific class, ensuring emotional, social, and academic development. The Mother Teacher plays a crucial role in creating a nurturing classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

primary teacher

for the assigned class, ensuring the

overall development

of students. Develop and implement

age-appropriate lesson plans

aligned with the

ICSE curriculum

. Foster a

safe and engaging classroom environment

that encourages active participation and joyful learning. Monitor and assess

student progress

, providing

individualized attention

to address diverse learning needs. Establish

strong communication

and collaboration with parents through regular meetings, progress reports, and counseling sessions. Integrate

play-based learning, storytelling, and activity-based teaching

to enhance conceptual understanding. Encourage

good manners, discipline, and positive behavior

among students. Coordinate with subject-specific teachers to ensure a

seamless learning experience

. Organize and participate in

extracurricular activities, school events, and celebrations

to promote holistic growth. Maintain

student records, attendance, and performance reports

with accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (B.Ed / D.El.Ed / Montessori Training)

or a related field. Prior

experience in early childhood or primary teaching

is preferred. A

child-centric approach

with excellent classroom management skills. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

to build trust with students and parents. Passionate about

creating a nurturing learning environment

. Ability to integrate

creative and interactive teaching methodologies

. Proficiency in

English

(spoken and written) is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?200,000.00 per year
