Job Description

Assessment and reporting:

Assess student performance, document progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and other staff.

Collaboration:

Work with other teachers and staff to contribute to school-wide initiatives and activities.

Activity support:

Organize and participate in school events and activities, including co-scholastic areas like art, music, and physical education.
Qualifications and skills

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field is often required.

Experience:

Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.

Teaching certification:

Relevant teaching certification for the grade level is necessary.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.

Interpersonal skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, and adaptability are crucial.

Classroom management:

Proficiency in managing a classroom environment and implementing positive behavior management techniques.
