We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic
Primary Mother Teacher
to nurture young learners and support their academic, emotional, and social development.
Qualifications Required
Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
D.Ed. / B.Ed. / Montessori or ECCE certification (Preferred)
Prior experience in primary teaching will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
Teach and support primary-grade students across core subjects
Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Monitor student progress and maintain academic and behavioral records
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
Encourage discipline, values, and positive behavior
Participate in school events and co-curricular activities
Key Skills
Strong communication and nurturing abilities
Classroom management for young learners
Patience, empathy, and adaptability
Creative teaching and activity planning skills
