Key Responsibilities
Take complete academic and pastoral responsibility for the class.
Teach all core subjects (English, Math, EVS) as per the grade level curriculum.
Plan and deliver interactive, activity-based lessons to develop foundational learning skills.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Monitor each child's academic growth, participation, discipline, and overall well-being.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment worksheets.
Ensure a safe, caring, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Identify learning difficulties and provide timely support or remedial activities.
Guide students in developing good habits, values, and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate with grade coordinators and management for academic planning and school events.
Maintain class records, attendance, progress reports, and portfolios.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed preferred).
Strong command over English with good communication skills.
Prior experience in handling primary classes is an added advantage.
Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality.
Ability to multitask and manage a classroom independently.
