Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and caring

Mother Teacher

to join our primary school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching

all core subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, and Languages)

and nurturing a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment for students in

Grades I & II

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons across all subjects. Create a warm, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom atmosphere. Foster students' intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development. Assess students' progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' learning and growth. Incorporate creative teaching aids, storytelling, activities, and experiential learning methods. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among young learners. Maintain classroom discipline with patience, empathy, and positivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification. Strong command over English and proficiency in teaching all subjects at the primary level. Prior experience as a Mother Teacher or Primary Teacher preferred. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young children and understanding of child psychology.
