IMMEDIATE JONING

A Mother teacher is responsible for nurturing the holistic development of young learners (typically for classes Nursery to grade 2) by integrating academic instruction with emotional care and personal attention. This role combines the responsibilities of a class teacher, subject facilitator, and caregiver, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for students.

WORKING LOCATION IS IN MAHABHUBABAD

Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Management

Serve as the single point of contact for all subjects in early grades. Maintain a warm, inclusive, and well disciplined classroom environment. Understand and support the emotional and social development of each child.
2. Teaching and Learning

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects( English, Math, EVS, Computer...) Use interactive and play -based learning startegies. Integrate art, music, storytelling, and technology in the teaching process.
3. Student Assessment and Reporting

Conduct regular formative and summative assessments. Maintain student portfolios and academic records. Provide feedback and progress updates to parents through meetings and reports.
4. Parents Communications

Build strong, Positive relationship with parents. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and counseling sessions. Address academic or behavioral concerns sensitively.
Personalized Attention

Identify and support students with learning of emotional difficulties. Encourage inclusive practices in the classroom. Promote life skills and moral values.
Administrative Duties

Maintain daily attendance and class records. Participate in school functions, meetings and professional development. Follow school policies and contribute to the school culture.
Qualification

B.Ed, NTT, PPT, D.Ed or any valid degree Early childhood education
