A Mother Teacher typically works with pre-primary or primary-grade students (like LKG, UKG, or Grade 1) and is responsible for the overall well-being and holistic development of the children in their class. Duties often include:

Curriculum & Lesson Planning:

Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Classroom Management:

Creating a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.

Teaching:

Using interactive, play-based, and child-friendly teaching methods.

Assessment:

Observing and assessing a child's growth and progress.

Parent Communication:

Regularly communicating with parents/guardians about the child's progress and school activities.
