Role:Mother Teacher- Sr KG
Location: Pasodara, Surat
Experience: 2-5 years
Salary Range: 18K-25K PM (Negotiable)
Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mother Teacher for our Junior KG program at our Pasodara, Surat campus
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate, interactive lesson plans for Junior KG students.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.

• Monitor and support children's developmental milestones across key domains (emotional, social, cognitive, and motor skills).

• Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding child progress and classroom activities.

• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to support curriculum implementation and school events.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of developmental stages and play-based learning methodologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
