Role Summary:
A reputed school in Sangrama (Sopore) is hiring Mother Teachers for pre-primary and early primary classes. The role requires a caring, energetic, and child-friendly professional who can manage young learners and support their academic and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle pre-primary/early primary classes with warmth and patience.
Conduct activities, rhymes, stories, and interactive learning sessions.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Support children with foundational learning in literacy and numeracy.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Manage class routines, discipline, and daily records.
Requirements:
Graduate (NTT / ECCE preferred).
Prior experience as Mother Teacher / Pre-Primary Teacher desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a child-friendly attitude.
Ability to conduct activity-based and play-way style learning.
