Work Responsibilities of a Mother Teacher :



Teaching all core subjects

(Language, Math, Environmental Studies, etc.) to the same set of students.

Creating lesson plans

that are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with curriculum goals. Building a

secure emotional environment

where children feel safe and valued. Helping students

adjust to school life

, especially in early grades. Encouraging

positive behavior and social skills

, including sharing, cooperation, and empathy.

Regular communication with parents

, updating them on academic and emotional progress. Participating in

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

and addressing parental concerns. Ensuring a

clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

. Managing classroom routines, discipline, and transitions smoothly. Encouraging student participation and maintaining

positive teacher-student relationships

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
