Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring NTT (Nursery Trained Teacher) / Mother Teacher who can handle young learners with patience, empathy, and creativity. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a nurturing personality, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a joyful and safe classroom environment for children.

Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities.

Focus on the holistic development (academic, emotional, and social) of each child.

Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.

Encourage curiosity, creativity, and self-expression through play-based learning.

Maintain records of childrens development, attendance, and achievements.

Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff to plan events and activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

? NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed in Early Childhood Education

? Minimum 1 years of experience as a pre-primary or mother teacher (preferred)

? Strong command over English (spoken and written)

? Warm, patient, and child-friendly demeanor

? Creative approach to teaching and classroom management
