Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a primary caregiver and emotional support for assigned students. Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment for young children. Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and stories. Support children in developing social, emotional, and communication skills. Observe and monitor child development and report progress to parents. Maintain discipline with patience, care, and positive reinforcement. Assist children with daily routines like meals, hygiene, and nap time. Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, games, and creative sessions. Coordinate with other teachers and school staff for smooth classroom functioning. Ensure child safety and well-being at all times.

Skills & Requirements

Loving, caring, and patient personality. Good communication skills (English and local language preferred). Ability to handle young children with empathy and responsibility. Basic classroom management and activity planning skills. Passion for teaching and child development.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
