Responsibilities:

Curriculum Implementation

: Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the nursery curriculum, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Classroom Management

: Manage a safe and organized classroom, ensuring the well-being and positive behavior of young learners while promoting a culture of respect and cooperation.

3.

Individualized Learning:

Identify and cater to the diverse needs of each child, providing differentiated instruction and activities to support their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

4.

Parent Communication

: Establish effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, organizing parent-teacher meetings, and collaborating to create a supportive learning partnership.

5. Child Development Observation: Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to track students' growth and development, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.

6. Learning Resources: Utilize a variety of teaching aids, materials, and resources to engage students and enhance the learning experience, promoting hands-on and experiential learning.

7. Health and Safety: Ensure the well-being of children by maintaining a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment, implementing health and safety protocols, and addressing any concerns promptly.
