Act as the Home Room Teacher / Mother Teacher for the assigned grade, ensuring the overall academic and emotional well-being of students
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per the curriculum and school guidelines
Maintain individual student records, attendance, and academic progress reports
Foster a safe, caring, and disciplined classroom environment
Coordinate with subject teachers and support staff to ensure holistic student development
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding students' academic and behavioral progress
Support students' social, emotional, and life-skill development
Participate actively in school activities, meetings, trainings, and events
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduation with
B.Ed / D.Ed / Montessori / ECCE / NTT
or relevant teaching qualification
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
as an HRT / Mother Teacher in a school (CBSE experience preferred)
Strong communication skills in English
(regional language knowledge is an added advantage)
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
