. The ideal candidate should be child-friendly, responsible, and capable of managing young learners with patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment Teach age-appropriate concepts through activity-based learning Handle academic and co-curricular activities for early and primary classes Maintain discipline, class records, and student progress reports Support students' emotional, social, and behavioral development Coordinate with parents regarding student performance and well-being Ensure smooth daily routines, hygiene, and class management

Requirements:

Qualification: NTT/ECTE/D.Ed/JBT/B.Ed (as applicable) Strong communication and classroom management skills Warm, patient, and child-focused personality Ability to plan activities, lessons, and assessments effectively
