Job Description

A "mother teacher" is an early childhood or primary school educator who focuses on creating a warm, nurturing, and secure classroom environment for young students, much like a mother. Key responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons, monitoring student development, supporting social and emotional growth, and fostering strong communication with parents to create a home-like atmosphere where children feel safe to learn and develop. Nurturing Environment:

Create a safe, loving, and supportive classroom that fosters a sense of belonging and emotional security for young learners.

Holistic Development:

Support the academic, social, and emotional development of each child, recognizing their individual needs and providing tailored guidance.

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school's curriculum, often focusing on foundational subjects like literacy and numeracy.

Parental Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and collaborating on strategies for student development.

Classroom Management:

Monitor student progress, manage classroom records, encourage positive behavior, and foster creativity and curiosity.

Community Building:

Act as a mentor and a primary point of contact for students, building strong, empathetic relationships with them.
