Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for all subjects as per the school curriculum. Create a positive, caring, and safe classroom environment. Observe and assess each child's learning progress and maintain records. Foster discipline, responsibility, and good behavior among students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being. Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, and celebrations. Identify and address individual learning needs and emotional concerns. Promote values, teamwork, and respect among children. Maintain proper documentation including lesson plans, attendance, and assessment reports. Coordinate with co-teachers and activity teachers for smooth functioning of the class.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate with B.Ed. or equivalent.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a Primary or Mother Teacher preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management. Creative and child-centric teaching approach. Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
