Serve as the class teacher (Mother Teacher) for Grade 1 & 2 students.
Plan and deliver lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
Focus on holistic development--academic, emotional, and social growth of students.
Use child-centric, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a warm, inclusive learning environment.
Assess students through worksheets, projects, and observations as per CBSE guidelines.
Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student portfolios.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
Coordinate with subject teachers and academic coordinators.
Participate in school events, trainings, and CBSE-mandated programs.
