Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact and support for students and parents in the assigned class.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across multiple subjects following the school curriculum.
Create a joyful and secure classroom environment that promotes curiosity, respect, and confidence.
Observe and document each child's progress to provide individualized support.
Foster open communication between school and home, updating parents on student learning and well-being.
Incorporate creative teaching methods, storytelling, art, and play-based activities to enhance learning.
Collaborate with co-teachers, coordinators, and administrators to implement the school's academic and co-curricular plans.
Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and values-based guidance.
