Key Responsibilities:

Teach core subjects (such as Language, Math, EVS) with an integrated and child-friendly approach. Observe and understand the individual learning styles, emotional needs, and social behavior of each student. Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Establish a strong bond with each child, promoting emotional security and confidence. Maintain regular and transparent communication with parents to support each child's growth. Encourage moral values, good habits, and social skills alongside academics.
