Mother Teacher (Grade II / Primary Level)

Job Summary:

The Mother Teacher will be responsible for managing the overall development and well-being of students in her class. She will act as a mentor, educator, and guide, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage all subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) for the assigned class. Create lesson plans and activities based on the school curriculum. Maintain a positive, caring, and disciplined classroom environment. Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents. Prepare student progress reports and maintain class records. Organize classroom displays, learning materials, and co-curricular activities. Coordinate with other subject teachers and school staff for holistic learning. Support students' emotional and social development through personal interaction. Ensure classroom safety and student well-being at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably B.A./B.Sc.) with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. 2-5 years of teaching experience at the primary level. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Passion for teaching and child development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
