Job Title- Mortgages & SME loans, VP & Product Head

Location- Mumbai - NKP

Role Description:

Responsible for managing entire product life cycle from strategy to execution for all term lending products. Manges a team that works cross functionally to design product road-maps and discover newer opportunities. Key purpose of the role is to create best in class digital lending products and processes for creating frictionless client journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of lending ecosystems, industry trends, technology development and evolving customer needs
• Product development, design and if required, modification based on analysis and incorporation of regulatory changes
• Develop strategic marketing plans involving branding, product positioning, customer communication, sales collaterals, sales promotions including incentive plans and direct marketing programs
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology and Coverage, to create and continuously enable changes in product design, workflows, polices etc.
• Implement insights gathered from Business, risk, credit and collection team
• Market research and analysis, competitor benchmarking, ,monitoring of trends and spotting opportunities in the market for product enhancement and new product launches
• Strategically responsible for customer experience - Innovate, Conceptualize and Implement Digitization of customer service framework, Product development and management,
• Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures.
• Extremely analytical and data driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep them up to speed on planning, roadmap, execution status, launch, its impact, learnings, etc - A sharp focus on automating repeatable tasks and reducing operational overheads
• Manage, motivate and further develop team members

Your skills and experience:

• MBA with 10 - 15 years of work experience.
• Should possess good analytical and communication skills
