Customer Service Executive - Loan Processing (Australian Residential Mortgage)
Shift Timing:
Morning Shift (5 AM - 2 PM IST)
Location:
Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to
Australian residential mortgage applications
.
Assist customers through the
loan processing lifecycle
- application, documentation, verification, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit assessors, verification, and settlement teams) to ensure timely processing.
Provide accurate updates to customers on their loan status, repayment details, and related services.
Ensure compliance with
Australian mortgage policies and lender guidelines
.
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in international voice process (preferably Australian mortgage or financial services).
Strong communication skills in
English (both written and verbal)
.
Familiarity with
residential mortgage products, loan types, and processing steps
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Good knowledge of
MS Office and CRM tools
.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
