Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Relationship Manager - Home Loan Sales (DST)

to drive home loan business through direct sales. The role involves prospecting, relationship building, and ensuring a seamless loan journey from inquiry to disbursement. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Lead Generation:

Drive home loan sales through direct marketing, referrals, and builder/agent relationships. Meet monthly and quarterly targets for disbursement and conversion. Identify new customer segments and opportunities through proactive outreach.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong customer relationships throughout the loan cycle. Educate customers about loan products, documentation, and approval processes. Ensure a smooth and transparent experience for every customer.

Loan Process & Coordination:

Assist customers in application completion and document submission. Liaise with credit, operations, and disbursement teams to ensure quick turnaround. Track and follow up on loan status to ensure timely closures.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and rate changes. Share insights with management to refine sales strategies.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to KYC norms. Maintain daily and monthly reports on sales, leads, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications



Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance or Sales preferred).

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales. Proven success in direct or field sales with target achievement.

Core Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Customer-centric with strong relationship-building skills. Knowledge of home loan products, processes, and market dynamics.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with loan processing systems preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
