2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
Generate leads through open market, referrals, and corporate tie-ups
Approach potential customers in residential projects, societies, and commercial areas
Build strong referral network for repeat mortgage business
Convert qualified leads into approved mortgage applications
3. Customer Advisory and Product Consultation
Understand customer property, financial status, and loan requirements
Explain mortgage products, interest rates, EMI, tenure, processing fees, and other charges
Recommend the most suitable loan product and lender
Maintain ethical, transparent, and client-focused advisory
4. Documentation and Compliance
Collect complete KYC, property documents, income proofs, and other required documents
Verify eligibility as per bank/NBFC and DSA guidelines
Ensure zero fake, incomplete, or non-compliant documentation
Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards
5. Follow Ups and Case Management
Follow up with clients for pending documents or clarifications
Track applications from submission to approval and disbursement
Coordinate with operations, credit, and lender teams for smooth processing
6. Field Activity and Market Coverage
Conduct daily field visits to assigned areas, projects, and societies
Identify high-potential locations and property developers for mortgage tie-ups
Maintain consistent market presence and visibility
7. Reporting and MIS
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports
Update CRM or tracking sheets accurately
Track pipeline, approvals, rejections, and disbursements
8. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property developers, and bank/NBFC officials
Act as escalation point for client issues
Support smooth communication between client and operations
9. Brand Representation and Ethics
Represent company and lender brands professionally
Ensure ethical selling practices, avoiding mis-selling
Maintain high client trust and satisfaction

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
