Job Description

Own end-to-end

mortgage product strategy

including LAP and Home Loans. Design, launch, and enhance mortgage products aligned with

market demand and growth goals

. Drive

disbursement growth, market share, and product profitability

. Define product

pricing, eligibility, tenure, and policy frameworks

in collaboration with credit teams. Identify and activate

growth channels

(DSA, digital, branch, builder, broker). Analyze customer journeys and funnel data to

improve conversion and TAT

. Lead

product pilots, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives

. Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams for

seamless execution

. Ensure products meet

regulatory, risk, and compliance standards

. Track product performance, portfolio quality, and ROI of growth initiatives. Drive

cross-sell, top-up, and repeat loan strategies

within the mortgage portfolio. Present product roadmaps, growth metrics, and insights to

senior leadership

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
