Job Title: Residential Mortgage - Post Closing Specialist
Location: Pune | Experience: 4-9 years | Education: 15+ years full-time (mandatory)
Role Overview:
Responsible for post-closing activities for U.S. residential mortgage loans, including closing package validation, CD/LE reconciliation, TRID compliance review, and Pre Purchase Review (PPR) for investor delivery.
Key Responsibilities:



Validate closing packages and reconcile Closing Disclosure (CD) & Loan Estimate (LE).
Perform TRID audits, compliance checks, and clear exceptions.
Execute Pre Purchase Review (PPR) and ensure investor delivery readiness.
Manage post-consummation conditions and maintain SLA/TAT.



Must-Have Skills:



Hands-on experience in Post Closing, Closing, CD/LE, TRID, Compliance Review, PPR.
Familiarity with LOS tools (Encompass/Empower/Black Knight).
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
