Job Description

A Mortgage Manager overseeing Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and building client relationships for mortgage products.
Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies

for Home Loans and LAP, aiming to achieve defined sales targets and growth objectives.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team

to ensure productivity and success in the assigned mortgage segment.

Build and maintain relationships

with customers, channel partners, and real estate brokers to generate leads and increase business.

Monitor market trends and analyze sales data

to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Oversee regulatory compliance

and ensure adherence to company policies in the HL and LAP processes.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports

for senior management.

Manage portfolio quality

, ensuring low delinquency and high approval rates for HL and LAP disbursals.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management, ideally in Home Loan or LAP roles, with knowledge of DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies to changing conditions. Experience in managing MIS and compliance reporting. Results-driven personality, able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
