Indecomm is looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager. The individual will be responsible for the direct supervision of all activities in the Loan Servicing area, with specific emphasis on workflow to meet deadlines, and problem-solving to maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key focus areas will be to manage:
Transitions
Process-related metrics ? SLAs (quality and turn times)
Staffing ? hiring, training, up-skilling, and retention
Documentation ? development and updating of SOPs/training manuals
ISO audits and related documentation
Client relationships in partnership with the Client Engagement Team
Performing Loans Functions:
Maintain monthly agency reports, remittances, and reconciliation
Prepare, review, and send out borrower mortgage statements monthly
Prepare monthly reconciliations of cash accounts, escrow, and reserve balances
Oversee escrow maintenance, analyses, and payment processing
Post payments, escrow, and reserve activity; and update loan information in the loan servicing software
Prepare pre-closing escrow analyses and interest calculations, and review pre-closing statements for accuracy
Review and record loan closing and securitization proceeds when received and track warehouse activity
Review loan documents and onboard newly-originated loans into the loan servicing software
Generate and provide payment histories upon request of borrowers
Contribute to agency audits

Non-Performing Loans Functions:
Manage a portfolio of delinquent loans and loans serviced for others to maintain asset quality, full compliance, and quality assurance with all Bank and regulatory (CFPB & OCC) guidelines regarding default administration, foreclosure, alternatives to foreclosure, resolution options, and recovery monitoring
Perform collateral evaluations and written analyses of an equity position to recommend foreclosure, repossession, and legal action
Employ loss mitigation techniques to discuss programs available for borrowers with imminent default or in default
Implement proactive charge-off recovery tactics to induce repayment and minimize losses
Provide administrative support duties including reporting, quality control, system coding and process changes, and forms management
Deliver effective customer service and responsiveness to internal and external customers
Requirements
Degree in business, banking, finance, or a related field
Overall experience of 7 to 10 years
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
Experience directly managing teams engaged in providing mortgage loan servicing
Experience in process transitions
Good communication skills ? written and verbal
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Highly organized and able to prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work day /night shifts as needed
