Generate and qualify leads for mortgage loan products (Home Loans, LAP, etc.).
Meet and counsel clients to understand their financial needs.
Explain mortgage loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and verification.
Build strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline); MBA/Finance background preferred.
1-10 years of experience in mortgage/loan sales.
Good knowledge of mortgage products and credit evaluation.
Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
