Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Mortgage Loan Consultant to guide customers through the home loan process in Australia. The role involves assessing client needs, providing tailored mortgage solutions, and ensuring compliance with Australian lending regulations and credit policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on suitable mortgage loan options, refinancing, and home loan packages. Assess client financial situations, credit history, and borrowing capacity. Prepare and submit loan applications to banks and lenders in line with Australian credit laws. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions. Provide updates and support to clients throughout the loan approval process. Ensure compliance with Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), ASIC, and NCCP (National Consumer Credit Protection Act). Keep up to date with industry trends, interest rates, and lending policies. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through referrals and networking.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales/loan conversion targets. Proficiency in computer applications (CRM systems, MS Office, loan processing software).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
