Experience:

0 to 2 Years in Preparing/handling Mortgage Claims Processing

Preference:

Good communication Skill

Reviews and validates high volume of incoming Partial Claims documentation based on internal guidance, utilize internal and external systems, as well as update system records while processing and tracking of Partial Claims related tasks.

Establishes claims timelines and calculates due dates.

Decisions each expense to determine if claimable

Ensure that all claims are calculated and completed within MI, FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA investor regulations and state laws.

Performs required research on high risk/escalated files, providing a detailed account.

Prioritize allocated work to ensure timely and accurate resolution to both external and internal partners

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Computer background).

Good Communication Skill.

Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to manage a high-profile and highly regulated process within defined timeframes.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and very high attendance track record.

Target oriented and able to deliver based on targets and deadlines.

Added advantage if knowledge of Partial Claims.
