Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process mortgage broker submissions through an aggregator CRM.
Oversee End-to-End Mortgage Processes:
Document Collection:
Proactively gather and review client documentation for loan processing.
Valuation Orders:
Manage property valuation orders according to specific lender guidelines.
Loan Settlements:
Coordinate closely with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure seamless settlement of approved loans.
Provide High-Level Client Support:
Guide and assist brokers and clients throughout each stage of the mortgage application process.
Team Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Work alongside team members to enhance operational workflows and provide insights on evolving industry practices.
Requirements:
Experience in Australian Mortgage Broking:
Proven background in the Australian mortgage industry with a working knowledge of its regulatory and operational landscape.
Strong CRM Proficiency :
Demonstrated expertise in using an aggregator CRM system.
Process Expertise:
In-depth understanding of the mortgage process including:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

3 years' experience
working with Australian mortgage brokers
