Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on mortgage products based on their financial profile, property type, and long-term objectives Conduct detailed financial assessments including income analysis, affordability calculations, and eligibility checks Explain mortgage structures, interest rates, fees, and terms in a clear and professional manner Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams to secure competitive mortgage offers Support clients through the full mortgage lifecycle from initial enquiry to approval and disbursement Negotiate terms and rates with lenders in the best interest of clients Review property documents, valuation reports, and legal documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements Provide timely updates to clients and deliver a high standard of customer experience Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets related to lead conversion and disbursals

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related field

1-5 years of experience in

mortgage advisory, banking, financial services, real estate, or loan processing

Experience dealing with

home loans, mortgages, or secured lending

preferred

Knowledge of

UAE mortgage market

is an advantage (training will be provided)
