Key Responsibilities1. Social-First Visuals: Lead creative shoots for social media reels and photos - your phone is your best creative tool.2. Marketing Collateral: Design posters, brochures, banners, and digital content for campaigns and events.3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute visual strategies.7. Photoshoots: Plan and execute in-studio and on-location shoots that reflect the brand's personality.Skills & Qualifications1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).2. Experience in web and UI design.3. Knowledge of video editing software; reel editing experience preferred.4. Ability to shoot aesthetic visuals using a mobile phone.5. Comfortable using AI tools to enhance visual design and creative workflows.6. Strong grasp of typography and colour theory, with experience in branding.7. Creative, artistic, and detail oriented.8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.9. Bonus: Advanced video editing and UI design skills.10.
