. The tutor will be responsible for guiding young learners through structured Montessori activities and fostering a nurturing environment that supports their intellectual, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily Montessori classes for early childhood learners.
Introduce foundational concepts such as language, numbers, sensory skills, and practical life lessons.
Prepare and organize Montessori learning materials and classroom setups.
Observe and assess each child's progress, providing individual guidance as needed.
Encourage creativity, independence, and curiosity in a child-centered environment.
Maintain proper lesson records, attendance, and progress reports.
Communicate regularly with parents and the academic team to ensure holistic development.
Requirements
Diploma or certification in
Montessori / Early Childhood Education
(mandatory).
Prior experience as a
Montessori or Pre-Primary Tutor
preferred.
Strong understanding of Montessori methodology and child psychology.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passionate about teaching and nurturing young minds.
Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Working Hours
Full-time:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
