We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Trainer to train aspiring teachers in Montessori education methods. The role requires strong subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and a child-centered teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities

Train students in Montessori philosophy and teaching methods Demonstrate practical classroom activities and teaching aids Prepare lesson plans, manuals, and training materials Conduct assessments, teaching practice sessions, and evaluations Guide students on classroom handling and child psychology Provide individual mentoring and performance feedback Ensure a positive, interactive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements

Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education Teaching or training experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education Ability to train students for real classroom situations
