Plan and implement a comprehensive Montessori curriculum that aligns with the developmental needs and interests of each child.
Facilitate a prepared environment that enables children to explore, discover, and engage in hands-on learning experiences.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and tailor instruction to meet their unique needs and learning styles.
Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
Guide and mentor assistant teachers and staff in Montessori principles and practices.
Conduct parent-teacher conferences and maintain open lines of communication with families regarding student development and progress.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with Montessori education trends and best practices.
