Key Responsibilities

Deliver Montessori-based early childhood education to children aged 2-6 years Plan and implement lessons aligned with Montessori philosophy and the school's learning goals Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages independence and creativity Observe, assess, and document each child's growth and learning journey Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure holistic development and support for every child Participate in professional development and school community events

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an early childhood or Montessori classroom Recognized Montessori Diploma (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong organizational and classroom management abilities Passionate about early years education, with a nurturing and positive attitude Open to applicants of all nationalities
