We are Urgently Hiring Montessori Teacher in Chennai Chromepet

Time : 8.30am-2 pm

Salary : 6000-7000 + Incentives

Education : Diploma in Montessori

Female Candidates Preferable

Experience : 1-2 Yrs in Montessori Teaching

Roles & Responsibilities

Creating a prepared environment

Set up a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom Ensure the classroom has the necessary supplies and equipment Create a setting that encourages children to study independently
Guiding children

Observe, guide, supervise, and assess children Provide developmentally appropriate learning activities Encourage children to take ownership of their learning Encourage children to work together and support each other
Assessing student progress Monitor and assess student progress and Write up reports. Building relationships

Establish rapport and build relationships with students based on trust Set an excellent example for students Instill good values in students
Communicating with others

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Listen actively Give clear and concise instructions Provide feedback in a constructive way
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
