We are inviting passionate and committed women educators to join our dynamic team. If you have preschool teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to deepen your practice through Montessori training, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Guide children aged 3-6 using the Montessori approach in a structured yet nurturing environment Present lessons clearly to individuals and small groups based on each child's readiness Observe and support the emotional, cognitive, and physical development of every child Maintain accurate records of each child's learning and developmental progress Create and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment Communicate respectfully and openly with parents, colleagues, and school leadership Represent the school's vision and values with professionalism and care Participate in training, school events, and parent-teacher interactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum one year of experience in preschool or early childhood education Strong verbal and written communication skills Warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with young children Open to learning and committed to ongoing professional development Reliable, organized, and collaborative Montessori certification (AMI / IMTC / Equivalent) preferred, or willingness to complete training
