The Montessori Teacher is responsible for providing a stimulating and child-cantered learning environment that follows the Montessori approach. They facilitate individualized learning, foster independence, and encourage a love of learning in young children.
Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Implementation:
Plan and execute lessons and activities based on the Montessori philosophy, emphasizing hands-on learning and self-discovery.

Classroom Environment:
Create and maintain a prepared Montessori classroom that is conducive to independent learning and exploration.
3.
Individualized Instruction:
Observe and assess each child's developmental needs and tailor instruction to meet their unique learning pace and interests.
4.
Material Management:
Organize and maintain Montessori materials, ensuring they are accessible, in good condition, and used appropriately by students.
5.
Classroom Management:
Establish a calm and respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behaviour and fosters a sense of community.
6.
Parent Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on children's progress and well-being.
7.
Professional Development:
Stay current with Montessori education principles and best practices through on-going training and professional development opportunities.
8.
Observation and Documentation:
Keep detailed records of children's progress and behaviour, conducting formal and informal assessments as needed.
9.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other Montessori teachers and school leadership to align instructional practices and share best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education,Diploma in Montessori or Advance diploma in Momtessori course
Previous experience working in a Montessori environment preferred.
Strong understanding of child development principles and Montessori philosophy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
