Guiding and Facilitating Learning:
Foster independence, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills in children.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with assistant teachers, colleagues, and school administration to ensure consistency in the educational approach and support the overall school goals.
Qualifications:
Montessori Certification:
A recognized Montessori diploma or certification from an accredited Montessori training center is essential.
Experience:
Previous experience working with children, particularly in a Montessori environment, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Montessori Philosophy:
A deep understanding of Dr. Maria Montessori's philosophy, methodology, and the planes of development.
Child Development Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of child development stages and individual learning needs.
